Operation Executive - Logistics

Role & responsibilities

* Export & Import documentation follow-up, which starts from purchase order to end document, Import duty procedure and process.

* Placing & providing the purchase order, prepare the proforma invoice, payment follow up, plant coordination, follow up with the shipment status, forwarder coordination, CHA coordination

* Invoice Packing List preparation

* BL (Bill of Leading) - Preparation and confirmation

* Certificate of Origin arrangements

* Certificate of Analysis arrangements

* Payment & Documentation follow-up

* Shipment follow-up with customers. Releasing the process information to the customer

* Final documents arrangement.

Preferred candidate profile

: Any Graduation with with minimum 1 to 2 Years of experience
