UX Designer - Figma (3-5 yrs)

Job Summary : We are looking for UX Designers and this is remote position from India in US PST Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

- Analyze prototype data and iterate on designs based on findings.

- Design user-friendly and intuitive interfaces for new engineering products and processes.

- This includes creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

- Identify opportunities to improve existing products and processes through user-centered design principles.

- Develop interactive prototypes and conduct usability testing to validate design decisions.

- Analyze prototype data and retest as needed.

- Present prototypes and designs to customers, project managers, and other stakeholders.

- Clearly and effectively communicate design rationale and user insights.

- Maintain accurate records of design iterations, user research, and testing results.

- Write detailed reports summarizing findings and recommendations.

- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure designs are aligned with business goals and technical feasibility.

- Research new product ideas, design methods, and emerging UX trends to stay at the forefront of user-centered design. Ensure products are user-friendly, accessible, and meet accessibility guidelines.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

- Expert-level proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration.

- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

- Experience creating interactive prototypes.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present design concepts effectively.

- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs.

- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

- Must be available to work within the US PST time zone.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with other design tools (Sketch, Adobe XD). Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

- Portfolio showcasing a strong understanding of UX principles and design process.
