We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Customer Relationship Management Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support. You'll ensure a seamless customer experience through prompt response, clear communication, and attentive service. We're looking for someone who is available around the clock, with flexible work hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly through email, chat, and phone.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions to customer problems.
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and share insights with the team.
Requirements:
- Work Experience minimum of 3 years. .
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm and positive attitude.
- Quick response time and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to solving problems.
- Proficient in Hindi, Tamil, Kannada would be a plus.
- Experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
