Roles & Responsibilities:
Candidate must be responsible for maintaining and safeguarding the university's records. Issue notices and convene meetings for minutes for these meetings. Facilitate the process of student registration and enrollment. Oversee course scheduling and examination planning to ensure smooth academic operations. Ensure proper management of academic records, including their maintenance, release, and access to students and faculty. Supervise graduation requirements, including timely verification and advising for students on their academic progress. Ensure that the university's transcript production process runs efficiently.
Eligibility :
Master' degree in any discipline with at least 55 % marks or its equivalent grade from a recognized University. Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience in the role of Assistant Registrar or equivalent. The candidate must be computer savy and proficient in using various administrative software systems.
