The Registrar will oversee all activities related to student records, academic scheduling, course registration and graduation requirements. They ensure the accuracy, security and privacy of student records and work collaboratively with academic departments to manage course offerings, grading and transcripts. Additionally, the Registrar plays a key role in policy development and compliance with institutional, state and federal regulations.
Qualification & Experience:
Masters degree in Education Administration, Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
At least 7-10 years of experience in a registrar s office or similar administrative role in an educational institution.
Proficiency in student information systems, data analysis and Microsoft Office Suite.
Understanding of higher education policies, data privacy laws and regulatory compliance.
Experience in data reporting and familiarity with accreditation processes.

Conduct audits, verify degree requirements and oversee the conferral of degrees, ensuring timely and accurate processing for students.
Develop and implement institutional policies related to academic records, data privacy and registration, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Analyze data to inform academic planning and enhance student services, aligning with strategic goals.
Coordinate with departments like Admissions, Financial Aid and Academic Affairs to streamline processes and support student success initiatives.
