Create, edit, publish and share engaging content daily i.e. text, photos, videos and new promotional content on professional and Social Media Platforms in Hindi and English.
Plan and execute Digital Marketing Campaigns through Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc. to enhance Nigams visibility and thereby business growth.
Create weekly social media and affiliated channels marketing status report to include key insights, trends and business leads etc.
Outreach Strategy towards Ex-Servicemen/ Dependents Develop and implement an effective outreach strategy to reach out to soldiers, Ex-servicemen, and their families about employment opportunities through Nigam through audio-visual, digital, social media and other channels
Coordinate social media goals and outcomes with all stakeholders.
Monitoring and Response Management
Monitor the activities and output on the Nigam's Social Media Accounts.
Provide quick response to comments and feedback from soldiers, ex-servicemen, Principal Employers, official and individual sources etc.
Coordinate with media companies in print, audio/ visual etc for enhancing Nigams footprint. Skill Set
Effective graphic design skills using various tools like Adobe Acrobat, Canva, Microsoft tools etc.
Excellent English and Hindi communications skills to project positive image of the Nigam and interact effectively with all stake holders.
Adapt at social media marketing tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social etc to analyse outcomes. • Web designing basics.
Knowledge of the latest Digital and Social Media trends including use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Social Media Management. Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors Degree in Journalism/ Mass Communication/ Digital Marketing. • 4 to 5 years hands on experience in Social Media Management.
