Senior Golang Developer

Desirable Skills:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Golang to build scalable applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and deliver high-quality software.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code in Golang and C++.
• Ensure the applications performance, scalability, and security.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor junior developers.
• Develop microservices and APIs using Golang.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and development environments.
• Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL), implement storage solutions and optimize queries.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external systems.
• Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience (1-5 years) in software development using Golang.
• Strong proficiency in C++ with a good understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with containers (Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Proficient in using version control tools like Git.
• Strong knowledge of database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Experience in writing unit tests and performing debugging and profiling to ensure application quality.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control tools.
• Ability to work independently and within a team to meet project deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
