Sales Executive -IT Sales

Role & responsibilities

1. A Sales Executive in IT Sales is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and selling IT products, solutions, or services. They act as the first point of contact between the company and potential clients, focusing on meeting individual and team sales targets.

2. Lead Generation and Prospecting

• Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
• Develop a pipeline of new sales opportunities by reaching out to prospects.
• Qualify leads based on their needs and readiness to buy.

3. Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers to address inquiries and concerns.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

4. Selling IT Products and Solutions

• Present and demonstrate IT products, services, and solutions to clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close deals.

5. Able to handle independent Calls,Position Company Services ,Create Proposal and close Deals

• Strong knowledge of IT products and services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in sales is Must
• Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales management tools.
• Ability to adapt to rapid technological changes and market dynamics.
