Business Development Manager -US Market

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to penetrate the US market, focusing on key industries and target customers.
• Identify and qualify potential leads, proactively engage with prospects, and showcase the value and benefits of our total talent management platform.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, understanding their business needs, challenges, and pain points.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials, presentations, and proposals tailored to the US market.
• Conduct negotiations, handle objections, and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to provide valuable insights for product enhancement and market positioning.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
• Software Sales, Web based Applications, Digital Media Marketing Services, Mobile applications ,Project Out sourcing, US Staffing solutions are the key verticals

• Proven track record of success in software sales and services in USA Market
• Strong understanding of the US market, including key industries, customer segments, and business practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels within organizations, from C-level executives to end-users.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mind set.
