Role: Key Accounts Manager(KAM)
Maintaining the Key Accounts Business assigned by The organization on single point of Contact
Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing key accounts.
Single-point-contact for resolution of any queries pertaining to our key accounts
Ensuring deliverables are met on a timely basis, monitoring both quality and quantity of the
Deliverables.
Streamlining processes for customers. It depends on a case-to-case basis
Conducting appropriate analysis of service issues experienced by customers curating the root Cause for the same.
Collects and delivers project-related information to the Senior Management, Managing
Director, and Vice President.
Scrutinizing the invoices and verifying them if a claim is demanded by the customers, Documenting status reports on
trace-related information
Effective usage of MIS to track data such as reporting of the backline as well as the calls, Interact with customers and solve their queries on emails
Handle Client Special E-commerce projects
Dealt with customers queries, escalation and provided them the best-fit solution for proper investigation
Worked on tools like C4C, Sales Drive software
Planning and implementation of Network Expansion and Network Optimization strategies
Closely coordinating with operations department for enhancement of shop-floor operations processes & planning
Monitoring and driving critical activities of projects undertaken by the organization
Coordinating with multiple departments and cross functional teams to gather and analyze data
Partner with Internal teams to enable continuous improvement in processes and systems by analyzing the monthly
complaints and repeat service requests, Leading the Monthly review with QBR, HBR & ABR for the assigned Key
customers and analyzing the revenue trends and identifying action plans to address areas of opportunity.
Meeting the Clients Head Person to see smooth functioning of the activity, address and resolve grievances immediately if any.
Presenting analysis & research findings to the senior management to support business decisions
Skills Required:
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Good proficiency in Spreadsheet (Excel) & other Office applications, internet applications and analytical tool
including the C4C. Should be comfortable with working on huge data
Ability to gather relevant information and apply knowledge to solve less well-defined practical problems
Good decision making ability and able to use Decision tool to address the Query
Ability to work on several projects or issues simultaneously
Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Ability to work in team environment or independently as needed
Experience: Candidate should be able to demonstrate capability in one or more of the following
Sales Background in from the Key Accounts management will be preferred
Background or Interest in Operations Research/ Supply Chain Management domain
Having Exposure of NBD, RBD, and Operation Process.
Background in use of Analytics in Business Decision Making, Process Improvement and Optimization
Experience in excel based modeling and use of statistical tools for planning and forecasting
Minimum Experience of 7-8 Years of sales from similar product understanding
Location:
Primary location will be as per Appointment but role may require travelling to different DTDC locations based on
project requirements. Travel frequency Medium to High to client Location
