Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Cloud Support Trainee to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of cloud technologies, Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools(Ansible, terraform, Chef), containerization, and virtualization platforms. You will gain hands-on experience in supporting our cloud infrastructure, troubleshooting, and collaborating with experienced engineers to deliver high-quality cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support for cloud infrastructure, including monitoring and troubleshooting Kubernetes, Docker, KVM, and VMware environments.
• Assist in managing cloud resources, provisioning virtual machines (VMs), and containerized applications.
• Support the deployment and maintenance of cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools like Terraform, Cloud Formation, or Ansible.
• Assist in automating and optimizing cloud workflows and processes.
• Monitor system performance and assist in resolving any issues with cloud services and applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical support and maintain cloud services.
• Participate in cloud migration, upgrades, and disaster recovery processes.
• Learn and apply best practices for cloud security and performance.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of cloud technologies and platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Understanding of virtualization technologies such as VMware and KVM.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools like Terraform, Cloud Formation, or Ansible.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (e.g., IP addressing, DNS, load balancing).
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve cloud infrastructure issues.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and improve skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Education and Qualifications:

2024 pass-out (Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field).

Certification in cloud technologies (AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate, Kubernetes, or similar) is a plus but not required.
