SAP CAR Lead (4-8 yrs)

Locations :

4 to 8 years of experience in SAP CAR. Number of Position 3.. Primary : Bangalore.. Secondary :Chennai/Hyderabad/Kochi/Trivandrum/Pune/Noida.. Responsibilities:

- Participate in full lifecycle SAP CAR implementations, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

- Configure and customize SAP CAR modules such as POS Data Transfer and Audit (POSDM), On-Shelf Availability (OSA), and Demand Data Foundation (DDF).

- Configure and manage master data within SAP CAR.

- Integrate SAP CAR with other SAP modules, including SAP Retail, SAP BW, and SAP S/4HANA.

- Configure and manage POSDM processes for data transfer, validation, and reconciliation.

- Troubleshoot and resolve POSDM data issues.

- Implement and maintain POSDM data interfaces.

- Configure and support OSA functionalities for real-time inventory visibility.

- Configure and support DDF for demand forecasting and planning.

- Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards for OSA and DDF.

- Provide technical support for SAP CAR issues and incidents.

- Perform root cause analysis and implement solutions.

- Monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization.

- Troubleshoot issues related to IDOCs, BAPIs, and other integration technologies.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and test scripts.

- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for clients and team members.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP CAR functionalities and best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers.

- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Participate in testing cycles.

Technical Skills & Qualifications :

- 4 to 8 years of experience in SAP CAR implementation and support.

- Strong hands-on experience with SAP CAR modules, including POSDM, OSA, and DDF.

- Proficiency in SAP CAR configuration and customization.

- Experience with SAP Retail and SAP S/4HANA integration.

- Knowledge of IDOCs, BAPIs, and other integration technologies.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience with SAP BW is a plus.

Experience in retail industry is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP CAR certification.

- Experience with SAP HANA.

- Experience with Fiori apps.
