Job Description:

• creating Design Concepts for sheet metal parts.
  • creating detailed drawings per ASME standards.
  • Knowledge in component packaging in Power distribution modules.
  • Good knowledge in Sheet metal fabrication, welding and Riveting methodologies.
  • Knowledgeable in standard part selection for sheet metal parts, fasteners and other OEMs.
  • Hands-on using GD&T symbols in detail drawings.
  • Knowledge of electromechanical systems.
  • Hands-on in CAD tools including Creo, and Team Centre environment.
  • Team player and good in communication.
  • General understanding Electrical OEMs.
  • Hands-on or understanding Thermal management and air flow calculation.
  • Hands-on or understanding structural analysis.
  • Exposure to DFx related activity.
  • Knowledge of SEMI, UL508A, IEC, IPC standards, NFPA, NEC standards.
  • Exposure to proto build and validation activities.

Bachelor's Degree / masters degree in engineering with Mechanical and 4-8+ years of experience
