Job Description
- Should have Basic Engineering knowledge
- Candidate with 0 to 5 years of experience in SPM Design. ( AS PER REQUIREMENT)
- B.E Mechanical / Diploma Mechanical
- Should be familiar with sheet metal AND EQUIPMENT DESIGN
- Should have extensive knowledge of Solid works 2010 and above
- The candidate should make professional 3D Drawings and 2D drawings.
- Should convert the existing Auto Cad drawings to 3D Solid work drawings.
- Creating parametric drawings with GD&T AND COMPLETE ENGINEERING CALCULATIONS.
- Should complete the project drawings, adopt and re-correct the same for finalization.
- Should convert the 3D back to 2D for production on proper Page Layout and give it for production.
- knowledge in Reverse Engineering Techniques.
- Should be able to meet Target set by the company for the specific models.
- Should Assist the Production Department in changes of drawings and designs
- Should create and support the R and D team and Production Team for corrections and finalization of Drawings.
- Conduct seminars for groups of engineers and customers for new models.
- Make complete documentation of the Job done daily, monthly, and quarterly.
- Should extend complete support for inside production with 100% proper Drawings.
- Should be responsible for handling first-level complaints from the customer and making necessary changes.
- Handling Project communications both Internal & External (TRAVEL TO OUTSTATION FOR MACHINE DESIGNS)
- Must be creative, resourceful, innovative and pro-active
