Job Description
- The Application Support Engineer is responsible for providing high-quality technical support for our software products and web applications.
- The person will also work on other product installation and implementation projects as required.
- Support Engineers may be required to be on-call on a rotating basis throughout the year.
- Supporting clients for the installed solutions
- Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with development team to resolve more advanced issues when necessary
- Resolving escalated customer complaints without the need for team lead intervention
- Documenting troubleshooting and problem-resolution steps
- Should have good written and verbal communication skills
- Participation in providing training to customers as required
- Data management for web applications
- Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent fields
- 4+ years of experience in mobile and web application support
