Sap Data Entry Operator

Role & responsibilities

1. SAP Data Entry:
• Enter and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM), Routings, and Work Centers in the SAP PP module.
• Input production orders, confirmations, and material consumption details.
• Record wastage, by-products, and scrap data.
• Maintain master data for materials and production versions.
2. Coordination with QA:
• Work closely with the QA team to ensure quality inspection results are recorded in SAP.
• Update production data based on QA feedback (e.g., rework, scrap, or release status).
• Communicate production order status to QA for timely inspections.
3. Coordination with FG Dispatch Team:
• Update FG inventory details in SAP after production order confirmation.
• Ensure real-time data sharing with the dispatch team for accurate stock availability.
• Address discrepancies in FG stock or production output reported by dispatch.
4. Reporting and Updates:
• Generate reports on production order status, material consumption, and FG stock levels.
• Notify QA and FG dispatch teams of any delays or changes in production schedules.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications:

• Basic experience with SAP PP module and data entry processes.
• Familiarity with production, quality, or dispatch workflows is an advantage.
