Job Summary:
Qentelli is seeking a skilled Power Automate Specialist with 5 to 8 years of experience to lead the design, development, and enhancement of automation solutions. This role is pivotal in streamlining business processes, improving operational efficiency, and creating customized business applications. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Microsoft Power Automate Desktop, Cloud Flow, and Power Apps to deliver innovative solutions that address organizational challenges and enable business growth.

Role & responsibilities

1. Design and implement robust automation workflows using Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flow.
2. Develop and deploy custom business applications using Power Apps, including Canvas and Model-Driven Apps.
3. Create automation flows for document processing (e.g., extracting data from PDFs or Excel) and automating tasks in web-based tools or applications.
4. Optimize workflows that integrate seamlessly with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and other enterprise tools.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
6. Perform rigorous testing to ensure the reliability and performance of automation workflows and applications.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing workflows and Power Apps solutions to maintain operational integrity.
8. Maintain detailed documentation for all automation solutions, ensuring transparency and ease of updates.
9. Integrate Power Automate solutions with third-party applications and data sources using connectors, APIs, and custom scripts.
10. Continuously enhance and update existing solutions based on user feedback and evolving business requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• 6 to 12 years of relevant experience in automation and application development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate Desktop, Cloud Flow, and Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365.
• Experience in creating workflows for document processing and integrating enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with APIs, connectors, and custom scripting for advanced integrations.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred but not mandatory.
