Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead projects in the Data Engineering domain.

This is not a core technical role, but the ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of Data Engineering concepts and workflows.

A background in Data Engineering and experience in the pharma domain are highly desirable.

AWS knowledge will be an added advantage.

Experience : 7-8 Years (Minimum).

Domain Experience Required : Data Engineering.

Location : Lucknow/Bangalore/Remote/Hybrid (Depends upon Role and Responsibility).

Notice Period : Preferred who are already Serving Notice Period and can Join in 15-20 Days.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage end-to-end Data Engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Engineers, Analysts, and stakeholders, to define project requirements and deliverables.

- Bridge technical and business gaps by effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement solutions to ensure project success.

- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize data workflows and infrastructure.

- Leverage your domain expertise to drive innovation and efficiency in pharma data projects.

Required Skills :

- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering data-related projects.

- Solid understanding of Data Engineering concepts, including ETL processes, data pipelines, and cloud based data solutions.

- Previous experience in the pharma domain is a must.

- Familiarity with AWS services related to data processing and storage.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.

- Ability to adapt to new challenges and work in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Previous hands-on experience as a Data Engineer or working closely with Data Engineering teams.

- PMP, Agile, or other relevant certifications.
