Responsibilities :

Machine Learning Expertise :

- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms for tasks such as pattern recognition, classification, and prediction.

- Design and build robust neural network architectures for various applications.

- Utilize statistical methodologies to analyze data, optimize model performance, and ensure model interpretability.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in machine learning research and explore new techniques to enhance our AI capabilities.

Software Development & Tools :

- Proficient in Python programming language and familiar with machine learning libraries/frameworks (e.g, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

- Experience with SQL for data access and manipulation to support model development.

- Utilize cloud platforms and tools for efficient model training, deployment, and management (a plus).

Data Analysis & Modeling :

- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements for AI models.

- Clean, pre-process, and prepare data for machine learning tasks.

- Evaluate and interpret the performance of machine learning models, making adjustments for continuous improvement.

Technical Skills & Background :

- Possess a strong foundation in computer science principles and algorithms.

- Proven experience in applying statistical methods for data analysis and model optimization.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or a relevant field.

- Expertise in pattern recognition and neural network architectures.

- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and machine learning tools.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Experience in the AI/ML industry is a plus (but not mandatory)
