Key skills for the job
1. Responsible for developing courses for Higher education
2. SPOC Co-ordinator for Vendors and internal e-learning development team
3. Complete e-learning Material Management - coordinate creation process and maintenance
4.Track all deliverables to be received from subject matter experts, designers and tech experts
5.Maintain content quality and visual appeal across all e-learning materials
6. Identify and action upon e-learning to be created on priority
7. Plan e-learning development as per the academic calendar, ensuring there are no gaps in content consumption
8. Ensure timely delivery of e-learning materials to be uploaded on to the Learning Management System
9. Understanding of learning resources and assessments
10. Evaluation and monitoring of reports
1. 1 to 5 years experience in relevant / related field

1. Certified Instructional Designer is an added advantage
2. Skilled team player who can collaborate with Tech experts, SMEs and designers
3. Knowledge of e-learning tools like Captivate, Articulate 360, Storyline and Web 2.0
4. Knowledge of LMS, assessment and reusable SCORM content, basic HTML/XML knowledge
5. Strong command over written and verbal communication skills
6. Positive attitude, ability and maturity to interact with the faculties
7. Team player and initiator
8. Flexibility and willingness to learn
9. Computer literacy, strong and we'll versed with Office tools including Spreadsheets/ Word/ PPT
