Analyse the company s digital marketing performance and propose actionable strategies to improve digital marketing performance and maximise returns. The candidate should have a proven data-driven mindset and be skilled at interpreting data and turning it into actionable insights
1. Set up dashboards and develop models for data presentation to Operational teams and strategic business unit heads, and suggest recommendations for business performance improvement
2. Test, measure, analyze, and optimize the performance of search, social, content to display across conversion funnels to boost student conversions while lowering the cost of student acquisition
3. Integrate data from learning analytics teams to refine and predict prospective student conversion with real time prospective student engagement data and increase student engagement and define relevant KPIs
4. Drive cross functional teams: Management, Marketing & Sales; team interactions by participating in regular meetings to go through reports and provide actionable insights
5. Conduct competitor analysis and study market trends to develop digital marketing strategies to achieve specific business objectives
6. Designs surveys and market intelligence to capture market movement across time and assist in sales targets
1. Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics
2.Experience in statistical models
3. Working experience in platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Search Console, and other web analytics platforms besides referrals
1. Functional knowledge of programing tools like Python and dashboard tools like DASH is desirable
2.Good knowledge of financial modelling related to digital spends and provide insights with simulations
