SAP Fieldglass Consultant - VMS Implementation (4-5 yrs)

About the Role The role will involve implementing new global innovative VMS/total talent solutions for our clients.

The role will involve managing the entire life cycle of the implementation for VMS solutions.

This is a hands-on role that requires thorough understanding of the VMS solutions including fairly detailed configuration options.

The responsibilities will include developing relationships with stake holders and team members for our new programs and understanding their needs/expectations for the program.

Map the client needs with our tool capabilities and accordingly work with our technical teams to delivery an exceptional customer experience.

- The primary responsibility would include understanding the current goals & objectives for the VMS solution and ensure that the implementation addresses the same.

- Ability to do a detailed requirement analysis of clients' current state and map the capabilities of our solution to meet their desired state.

- Work with the clients to drive the industry best practices and align their requirements with standard configurations.

- Identify any gaps in the VMS solutions early and work with the technical teams to drive realistic timelines to deliver the customizations.

- Implementations could include first generation or second/third generation programs.

- Many of our implementations are complex global solutions that require engagement with global stake holders.

- Should have excellent analytical and communication skills.

- Ability to work on tight timelines to deliver quality contingent workforce solutions.

- Minimum 4-5 year's experience implementing contingent labor VMS solutions.

- Experience implementing SOW solutions is desirable.

- Ability to handle multiple implementations at a time would be desirable.

- Minimum bachelor's degree in business, science or technology.

- Prefer PMP certification.

- Ability to multi-task and meet all deadlines.
