• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
  
• Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in IT Recruitment/Staffing industry.
  
• Bachelor's degree in BCA or equivalent field Preferred.
  
• Strong understanding of US IT market trends and regulations related to W2/C2C/H1B visa sponsorship.
