Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment within the US market.

Proven experience with full-cycle recruitment processes and techniques.

Strong understanding of technical roles and industry trends.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
