We re seeking a highly experienced, innovative and motivated Sr. Sales Manager with a strong knowledge of thermal engineering solutions. You ll have significant responsibility and the opportunity to shape our sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and achieve sales targets for thermal engineering solutions
Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to drive performance excellence and ensure alignment with organizational goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions to address them
Work closely with the technical team to develop comprehensive proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions to prospective clients
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective messaging and positioning strategies for our thermal engineering solutions
Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while safeguarding company interests
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, providing regular updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends
Requirements:
BE in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
12-15 years of experience
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Strong presentation skills, familiarity with search engine tools
Excellent proficiency in computer and office software
Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
