Compliance and Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure that the academy s programs and operations comply with aviation regulations and educational standards set by ICAO, IATA, and relevant authorities. Conduct regular audits and evaluations to assess the quality and compliance of training programs and administrative procedures. Implement safety protocols and ensure that the academy adheres to all aviation safety standards. Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the academic team to develop and update the curriculum, ensuring it meets industry standards and incorporates the latest advancements in aviation training.
