Key Responsibilities: Training Development: Deliver comprehensive training sessions on airport operations, covering topics such as airport management, ground handling, airside operations, security procedures, and customer service. Use various teaching methods, including lectures, simulations, practical demonstrations, and case studies to facilitate effective learning. Ensure training content is aligned with industry standards and regulations, such as ICAO, DGCA, and other relevant bodies. Curriculum Design: Collaborate with the academic team to design and update training materials and curriculum to reflect current industry practices and regulatory changes. Incorporate real-world scenarios, airport simulations, and case studies to enhance students practical understanding and application of airport operations. Continuously assess and revise course content to meet the evolving needs of the aviation industry and job market. Mentorship Guidance: Provide personalized mentorship to students, offering career advice, helping them identify areas for improvement, and setting professional goals in the airport operations field. Create a supportive learning environment that encourages active participation, critical thinking, and skill development. Industry Expertise Updates: Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in airport management, airside and ground handling operations, regulatory compliance, and customer service procedures. Integrate relevant updates and technological advancements into the training curriculum to ensure students are industry-ready. Workshops Hands-on Training: Conduct specialized workshops and hands-on training sessions to enhance students skills in areas like airside operations, passenger handling, and regulatory compliance. Ensure students gain practical experience through simulations and role-playing exercises that reflect real-world airport scenarios.
