We're looking for a Manager, Talent Acquisition to join our team and help us find the most amazing people to keep our company thriving.

What you'll be doing:

• Hunting for talent: You'll be the master of finding top-notch talent from all corners of the country. Think of yourself as a detective, but instead of solving crimes, you're solving our staffing needs.
• Building relationships: You'll become the face of our company to potential candidates, building strong relationships and showcasing why we are a great place to work.
• Interviewing the best: You'll conduct interviews that are more like conversations, getting to know candidates on a personal level and figuring out if they're a perfect fit for our team.
• Onboarding new hires: You'll make sure our new team members feel welcomed and have everything they need to hit the ground running.
• Keeping up with trends: You'll stay on top of the latest hiring trends and strategies to ensure we're attracting the best talent.
