Job Responsibilities:

- Timely preparation & submission of direct taxes compliance reports forms & returns of assigned area.

- Coordination and Completion of Tax Audit and Statutory Audit.

- Good working knowledge of Finalisation of Accounts and preparation of Financial Statements.

- Adherence to accounting standards & internal controls

- Evaluate and suggest Transfer Pricing at arm's length

- Review of related party agreements & advice on tax strategies.

- Litigation Management drafting, representation, appeals etc.

- Various Tax Strategies

- Compilation of monthly/quarterly data, preparation of returns and e-filing of corporate tax returns.

- Corporate Tax Assessments

- Facilitation in preparation of detail of Assessment and appeal proceedings.

- Facilitation in calculation, computation and deposit of Advance Tax, TDS transaction & filing of TDS return.

- Supervision of TDS Detail for Individual and proper handling of declaration forms and Investment papers of employees.

- Facilitation in preparation & issuance of Form No. 16 and 16A.

- Facilitation in regulatory works related to taxation & allied laws.

- Supervision of challans for e-deposit of Taxes like Advance Tax, Self-assessment Tax and TDS.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

- CA with 3+ years of experience in handling of Finalisation of Accounts, Direct Taxes, Transfer Pricing, Merger and Amalgamation within the Real Estate or similar vertical.

- Excellent in dealing with tax authorities till the level of JCCT/ Commissioner of Direct.

- Taxes/ITAT matters.

- Excellent Attitude and Go Getter.

- Proficient knowledge of Finalisation of Accounts, Direct Tax (Income Tax) & allied laws

- Analytical Skills & solution-oriented mind-set

- Working Knowledge of Income Tax Act, Companies Act etc.

- Expert knowledge of MS office/Excel

- Experience of Working in SAP/ ERP environment
