Oem Manager

• 3 years of experience as a sales technical engineer
• Familiarity with R&D schemes & its control unit functions, SCM, production technology, and quality control systems in the motorcycle/four-wheel industry
• The candidate should have a deep understanding of the company's strategy and position, and have practical experience negotiating tenaciously and uncompromisingly to achieve the company's strategy, even with cooperative partners.
• Must be internationally minded (preferably with experience working in a global company)
• Working experience in CAN communications is desirable.
• Knowledge on E- Components is added advantage
• Experienced in working different role for various project
• Basic understanding of vehicle homologation/certification cycle

Job Description

1) Engineering Sales and Marketing. Basic technical understanding of Honda's swap battery and how it is installed in OEM vehicles and development of new OEMs (pre-development overview, negotiation of development terms, and conclusion of contracts).

2) Development project management. Able to lead the technical discussion with OEM's in regard with the development using Honda's swappable batteries, should be able to plan and refine development schedules, manage the overall program from schedule tracking, risk identification & mitigation.

3) Maximize the output of the organization under the direction of the supervisor

4) Promote indirect operations related to OEM development (Contract negotiation, Warehouse Inventory Control, logistics management, quotations, ordering, acceptance inspection, etc.) and environmental improvements to increase the efficiency of OEM development support.

5) promote weekly PDCA business operations and weekly management of plan forecasting and output.
