Retail & E-Commerce Merchandiser ( Manager Level )

• Looking for a dynamic individual to manage E-Com (marketplace + Inhouse website) operations at the Kochi Office.
• The candidate shall be responsible for end to end management of daily category operations, inventory management on E-com business and managing key accounts partners relationships.
• Candidate should be willing to work in a dynamic environment and willing to take decisions under uncertainty.
• Candidate with excellent communications skills, a hustler and experience in stakeholder management is preferred.
• Footwear or Fashion Industry candidates preferred.

Job responsibilities

1. Manage End to End category operations for Sylcon shoes thats includes pricing, operational planning for NPDs event and promotional planning, inventory management across Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces

2. Build and maintain long term relationship with ecommerce platforms

3. Coordinate with internal and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

4. Create and track day to day Orders & operational reports

5. Plan timelines for seasonal launches, timely cataloguing production and production launch.

6. Helps in working return management of the company by analyzing the reviews of the customers and helps reducing the returns

7. Responsible for business development for E-com

8. Strategic planning : Prepare reports on Market analysis, competitor analysis, and market trends and provide key analytic reporting directly to the Business Head

9. Sourcing samples for shoot from different team or vendors

10. Handle channels specific promotions, discounts, and offering to customers

11. Planning the Stock turns & replenishments for E-Com and Physical Stores as well.

12. Daily reports on SOH, Sales Achievements at store level, Replenishment from WH, IST’s

13. High operational orientation and willingness to “get hands dirty”

14. Must be a problem solver and display an attitude of ‘making it happen’

15. Must be proficient in data analysis and MS Excel

16. Self starter, 100% ownership and unshakable enthusiasm
