Assistant General Manager/Senior Manager - Finance and Accounting

The AGM/Senior Manager - Finance and Accounting is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing financial management, reporting, budgeting, and compliance within the organization. The role ensures financial stability, optimal resource allocation, and adherence to statutory and regulatory standards, supporting the overall business strategy.

Direct reporting to COO.

Role & responsibilities

- Budgeting & Forecasting

- Vendor Management

- Cashflow Analysis

- Payables & Receivables

- Inventory Management ( Aged Stocks ,Stock Turns at stores)

- Liaison with Banks / Raising Funds

- KPIs focus on ( Inv Turnover ratio , GMROI , GMROF)

- Margin Protection for categories

- GST / TDS filing

- Capex Tracking

- Competition annual reports and bench marking

- Creating SOPs in stores & in corporate office on accounts / finance process

- Automating processes with ERP

- Consolidated P&L and Store-wise P&L

- Extreme focus on Cost Management

Preferred candidate profile

Strong knowledge of financial systems, ERP software, and advanced Excel skills.
