Position: Steward/Associate:

Location: Mahalaxmi/Worli, Mumbai

Job Summary:
The Steward/Associate is responsible for providing excellent guest service by maintaining clean and organized dining areas, managing linen inventory, and assisting with seating and serving food and beverages. The role involves ensuring that table setups are properly stocked with fresh linens and supporting kitchen and bar staff.

Job Description:

• Assist servers in ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests.
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas.
• Clear used dishes and glassware from tables and reset for new guests.
• Set up tables according to restaurant standards, including linens, silverware, glassware, and condiments.
• Ensure tables are clean and presentable before each seating.
• Restock supplies as needed.
• Refill water glasses and beverage pitchers throughout the dining period.

Job Specification:

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Customer service-focused with a positive attitude.
• Degree or Equivalent in Hotel Management will be an advantage
• Experience required 6 months to 1 year
