Human Resource Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join Plush during our growth phase. Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Planning:
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Plush's growth objectives.
• Plan workforce requirements and ensure talent acquisition aligns with business goals.
2. Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
• Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent.
• Design and oversee smooth onboarding processes to integrate new hires into Plush's culture effectively.
3. Culture and Employee Engagement:
• Foster a vibrant and inclusive company culture aligned with Plush's values.
• Develop initiatives to boost employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
4. Performance Management and Development:
• Implement performance review systems to track employee progress and growth.
• Create training programs and development opportunities for employees to enhance their skills.
5. HR Policies and Compliance:
• Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
6. Compensation and Benefits:
• Design competitive compensation and benefits packages.
• Regularly benchmark salaries to ensure Plush remains competitive in the market.
7. Conflict Resolution and Employee Relations:
• Act as a trusted advisor for resolving employee issues and conflicts.
• Promote open communication across teams.
8. HR Operations:
• Oversee payroll, leave management, and other HR operational functions.
• Leverage HR technology to streamline processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a growing organization.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
