Job Description

About Plush

Plush is a fast-growing personal care brand focused on providing rash-free, comfortable, and premium-quality sanitary napkins and period care products. We are on a mission to create a healthier, more comfortable period experience for women while breaking taboos around menstruation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Institutional Sales and Partnerships:

  • Develop and manage relationships with corporates, institutions, schools, and colleges to promote Plush sanitary napkins.
  • Identify and onboard organizations to stock Plush products in their vending machines or through Plush's vending solutions.
  • Negotiate placement agreements and ensure smooth installation and servicing of vending machines where required.

2. Product Awareness & Sampling Campaigns:

  • Plan and conduct engaging awareness sessions and sampling drives in schools and colleges to educate students on menstrual hygiene and the benefits of Plush sanitary products.
  • Collaborate with institutional stakeholders to organize events that maximize outreach and product trial.

3. Strategic Planning and Reporting:

  • Identify key opportunities within target cities (Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad) for market penetration and brand visibility.
  • Develop a clear strategy for achieving sales targets and institutional partnerships.
  • Regularly report progress, sales metrics, and feedback from clients to the management team.

4. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in institutions and corporates.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all product and service-related queries.

5. Market Analysis and Insights:

  • Stay updated on competitor activities and market trends in institutional menstrual hygiene and personal care sectors.
  • Provide actionable insights and suggestions for improving Plush's offerings and campaigns.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in institutional sales, business development, or B2B marketing (experience in FMCG or personal care products is a plus).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
  • Passionate about womens health and menstrual hygiene advocacy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Chennai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad for client visits and events.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in organizing awareness campaigns or corporate engagement activities.
  • Proficiency in Excel and CRM tools for tracking sales metrics and progress.
