Urban Designer

Good understanding of Urban Design & Planning tools, Site knowledge, Preparation of Detailed Drawings, Leadership skills, Self-Motivated.Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies, including data collection, mapping, and community engagement.
Develop urban design concepts and master plans for a variety of projects, such as mixed-use developments, public spaces, and transportation corridors.
Prepare detailed drawings and presentations to communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
Conduct environmental impact assessments and prepare environmental reports.
Participate in public consultations and community workshops.
Oversee the implementation of urban design projects, ensuring adherence to design guidelines and regulations.
Stay abreast of current urban design trends, best practices, and technologies.
Contribute to the development of urban design guidelines and policies.
Lead and mentor junior urban designers and planners.
