Prepare construction drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address any construction-related issues.
Oversee the construction process, ensuring adherence to design specifications and building codes.
Coordinate with consultants (e.g., structural, mechanical, electrical) to ensure integrated design solutions.
Prepare project documentation, including presentations, reports, and permit applications.
Stay abreast of current architectural trends, building codes, and construction technologies.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Lead and mentor junior architects and designers.
