Inside Sales Manager

Location: Bengaluru, Full-Time / Day Shift

Job Description:

• Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior management team
• Arrange for creation and distribution of presentations and supporting documents to help sales team generate business leads
• Attend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company s services and products
• Upselling, Cross Selling, should have experiences in Domestic and international sales
• Trains new employees to make sure they meet various guidelines
• Creates new and innovative ideas to sell product
• Responds to any inquiries from the consumer
• Evaluates the performance of salespeople
• Hires and fires sales team members when necessary
• Reads and evaluates sales reports
• Meets monthly sales goals as provided by management
