This position is required to effectively respond to state agency inquiries received via the vendor application regarding US Unemployment Claims through collaboration between business management and third-party vendor

He/She reviews the application several times per day to respond to any new Requests for Information (RFI), Decisions, and Hearings

He/She coordinates with internal management daily to obtain relevant information/documentation requested by vendor

As there is a need for first-hand knowledge regarding the employee s termination, he/she also utilizes various existing systems to obtain the required documentation

Responsibilities

Coordinates with internal management through email, chat and call to obtain relevant information regarding employees termination

Provides first-hand knowledge about employees termination to the vendor

Processes claims efficiently by extracting all the relevant information and making critical decisions

Ensures information is uploaded to the vendor application timely
