Job Title: F&A Senior Assistant

For a fixed-term contract of 8 months on UPS payroll.

Shift Timing: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Job Summary: The F&A Senior Assistant will be responsible for analyzing customer requests and providing appropriate resolutions within the set SLA. The applicant should have good communication and analytical skills and should be systematic in their approach to work. The position mandates an emphasis on quality and a positive customer experience for both internal and external customers. Candidates should be flexible with shifts.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer requests and provide appropriate resolutions within the set SLA.
• Ensure quality and a positive customer experience for both internal and external customers.
• Handle email requests and cater to them accordingly.
• Meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Email writing skills).
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Decision-making skills.
• Must be customer-focused.
• Self-driven with a strong customer orientation.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Post-Graduation/MBA in Finance.
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance (Preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of prior experience in Finance and Accounting or Billing.
