Social Media Content Producer
Job Description:
Who are we looking for?
- We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Content Producer who specializes in video content creation and storytelling. You'll be responsible for producing engaging, platform optimized videos to enhance Upraised's brand presence, trust, and audience engagement.
- This is an opportunity to manage the end-to-end production of impactful video content across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, showcasing Upraised's ethos and product differentiation.
Your Responsibilities:
- Content Ownership: Own all aspects of video creation, from ideation to post-production, including scripting, storyboarding, production, editing, and distribution.
- Creative Direction: Work with cinematographers, editors, and designers to maintain quality standards and brand consistency.
- Optimize for Platforms: Tailor content strategies and formats to maximize engagement on YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Data-Driven Iteration: Use performance metrics and audience insights to continuously optimize video content and storytelling approaches.
- Asset Creation: Develop all video-related assets, including thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and captions.
What makes you a good fit?
- Visual Storyteller: You have experience creating compelling video content, whether as a scriptwriter, editor, cinematographer or through running your own social media channel.
- Strong Writing Skills: You enjoy writing and have experience crafting scripts, blogs, articles, or stories.
- Production Knowledge: You understand the basics of video production, including lighting, sound, camera operation, and editing. Expertise isn't mandatory, but a foundational grasp is essential.
- Creative & Strategic Thinker: You're excited to ideate, experiment, and produce innovative content formats that drive engagement and trust.
- Ownership & Detail-Oriented: You thrive in high-ownership roles, pay attention to the small details, and have strong follow-through.
- Data-Savvy: You're comfortable using analytics tools (like YouTube Studio) to track performance and refine your approach.

What will you do?
- Create Original Video Content: Develop a series of short videos to establish trust and confidence in Upraised's offerings by spotlighting mentors, learners, and real-world outcomes.
- Collaborate with Creatives: Work closely with cinematographers, editors, and designers to bring your vision to life while ensuring consistency in tone and quality.
- Platform Optimization: Develop strategies tailored for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube to maximize video engagement and reach.
- Analyze & Iterate: Use audience insights and analytics tools to refine the creative approach and enhance future content performance.
- Own the Details: Oversee the creation of all video assets, including thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and captions.
- Ensure delivering a high quality output.
