Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales & Marketing to lead and drive the growth of our sales division. This executive role is essential to advancing our business objectives through strategic leadership, product and service expertise, and superior client engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of IT services and solutions, complemented by excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successfully managing sales teams and fostering strong client relationships.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Desired Candidate Profile:
• 12+ years of Sales Experience in IT services, technical knowledge / background a plus. Should be able to manage a Sales Target of USD 1M Revenue
• Leadership & Mentorship: Expertise in leading teams, driving growth, and exceeding targets in Software Products, IT Services, and Account Management.
• End-to-End Lifecycle Management of Sales: Experienced in building and managing technology products, IT services, and enterprise digital transformation.
• Technology Expertise: Skilled in selling Mobility, Cloud, Collaboration, and Analytics solutions.
• Team-Oriented: Strong collaborator focused on team success.
• Strategic & Hands-On: A strategic thinker and problem solver with practical, results-driven approach.
