Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales & Marketing to lead and drive the growth of our sales division. This executive role is essential to advancing our business objectives through strategic leadership, product and service expertise, and superior client engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of IT services and solutions, complemented by excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successfully managing sales teams and fostering strong client relationships.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Strategy:
    Formulate and implement strategies to achieve aggressive sales targets, identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, and cultivate long-term client relationships.
  • Sales Leadership & Execution:
    Lead and manage sales teams, resources, and operations to drive consistent and profitable growth. Foster a high-performance culture within the sales organization.
  • Budget & Resource Management:
    Oversee and ensure the efficient allocation and utilization of the sales budget, optimizing resources for maximum impact.
  • Team Development & Motivation:
    Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Design and implement effective compensation structures and incentive programs to retain top talent.
  • Sales Training & Development:
    Develop and manage comprehensive sales training programs to support continuous learning, skill development, and the achievement of sales objectives.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    Maintain a deep understanding of client needs and expectations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement. Manage key client accounts to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Process Optimization:
    Leverage knowledge of inside sales methodologies to refine and improve the sales process, ensuring greater efficiency and higher conversion rates.
  • Sales Forecasting & Reporting:
    Provide accurate and insightful sales forecasts, monitor sales activities, and track customer interactions to inform decision-making and drive business results.
  • Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis:
    Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demands to inform leadership and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration with Marketing:
    Work closely with the marketing team to establish and nurture strategic channel partnerships and ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts.
  • Strategic Deal Closure:
    Engage in high-level strategic negotiations and closures of key deals. Regularly travel to meet clients and partners, representing the company in major business discussions.
  • CRM & Sales Tools Expertise:
    Utilize CRM tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, and Sales Navigator to track sales performance, customer interactions, and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Inside Sales Optimization:
    Employ data-driven strategies and leverage software tools to enhance global outreach and optimize mass mailing campaigns, driving international sales efforts.

Desired Candidate Profile:
• 12+ years of Sales Experience in IT services, technical knowledge / background a plus. Should be able to manage a Sales Target of USD 1M Revenue
• Leadership & Mentorship: Expertise in leading teams, driving growth, and exceeding targets in Software Products, IT Services, and Account Management.
• End-to-End Lifecycle Management of Sales: Experienced in building and managing technology products, IT services, and enterprise digital transformation.
• Technology Expertise: Skilled in selling Mobility, Cloud, Collaboration, and Analytics solutions.
• Team-Oriented: Strong collaborator focused on team success.
• Strategic & Hands-On: A strategic thinker and problem solver with practical, results-driven approach.
