Role Overview Description
About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Dataverse/Azure Architect to design, develop, and implement robust and scalable solutions leveraging the Microsoft Dataverse, Azure cloud platform, and related technologies. This role will be instrumental in building and maintaining our data integration and synchronization framework, ensuring seamless data flow between Dataverse and various line-of-business applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Dataverse event handling, Azure integration services, and best practices for cloud-based architecture.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement data integration solutions using the Microsoft Dataverse Event Handler Framework, Azure Event Hub/Service Bus, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Synapse Link.
• Architect and develop solutions for real-time data synchronization between Dataverse and various systems, utilizing Azure Managed Redis Cache for optimal performance.
• Configure and manage Azure services, including Event Hubs, Service Bus, Logic Apps, Synapse Link, and Redis Cache.
• Develop and maintain Dataverse plugins and custom workflows.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all integrated systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Dataverse, Azure, and related technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks and integration issues.
• Contribute to the development of architectural best practices and standards.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development and architecture.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dataverse and its event handling framework.
• Strong understanding of Azure cloud services, including Event Hubs, Service Bus, Logic Apps, Synapse Link, and Redis Cache.
• Proficiency in developing Dataverse plugins and custom workflows.
• Experience with data integration patterns and best practices.
• Solid understanding of security best practices for cloud-based solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Microsoft Certifications related to Azure and Dataverse.
• Experience with Power Platform.
• Knowledge of other Azure data services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
