Role Overview Description
The Team
You will be working in an agile team comprising the marketing team, UX/VD members, and senior leadership where decisions are made collaboratively. You will be working on a rebranding project with a fixed but achievable deadline.

The Role
We are seeking a Front-End Engineer to uplift our web pages to align with new branding guidelines, representing a significant change for the business. As part of the process, you will be building out a Design System.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
● Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using CSS, HTML, and Vue.js, ensuring code quality, performance, and security.
● Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance architecture and deliver exceptional user experiences.
● Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
● Optimize application performance, troubleshoot and debug issues, and conduct thorough testing to ensure smooth functionality.

What Do I Need to Be Successful?
Technical and Interpersonal
● Passionate about web development and enjoy creating amazing customer experiences.
● Work in a structured, logical way and avoid jumping into new tech without fully understanding it.
● Experience building applications used by a large number of external users and handling associated challenges.
● Familiarity with working in an Agile Scrum environment.
● Bonus: Open source contributions, blogging, or participation in meetups.

The Technical Stuff
Must-Have
● Vue.js
● Strong understanding of client-side technologies (JavaScript/ECMAScript, CSS).
● CSS3 (SASS/LESS), HTML5.
● Testing frameworks (e.g., Vitest, Jest, Enzyme, React Testing Library).
Preferred
● Nuxt.js, TypeScript.
● Node.js.

● Strong attention to detail, with the ability to approach problems logically and methodically.
● Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and be an active contributor.
