Role Overview Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Technical Lead to drive the technical vision, design, and execution of projects. You will lead a team of engineers, design scalable systems, and deliver high-quality software solutions using cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Leadership:
● Mentor and lead a team of engineers, fostering collaboration and innovation.
● Provide guidance on best practices, conduct code reviews, and resolve complex technical issues.

2. System Design & Architecture:
Architect and implement robust, scalable backend systems (data models, APIs, microservices).
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on technical solutions.

3. Development & Implementation:
● Hands-on coding with Node.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.
● Work with NoSQL databases like MongoDB and implement cloud-native solutions using AWS and Kubernetes.
● Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for automation.

4. Generative AI:
● Apply LangChain or similar generative AI tools to enhance features and solve technical challenges.

5. Innovation & Problem Solving:
● Solve complex technical problems and propose innovative solutions.
● Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to foster continuous improvement.

Qualifications
● 4 to 6 years of backend development experience with Node.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.
● Expertise in database design (e.g., MongoDB) and cloud platforms (AWS, Kubernetes).
● Proficiency in software architecture, design patterns, and CI/CD pipelines.
● Hands-on experience with Lang Chain or generative AI technologies.
● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
● Passion for learning, technology, and innovation.
