Role Overview Description
Data Integration Lead
Cloud Data Integration Lead
Location: Remote
Primary Skills: Azure Data Factory, ADLS Gen 2.0, and Snowflake.
Secondary Skills: Data Modelling
Grade: G5 - G6

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Data Lead, to build and manage a team of
Data Engineers responsible for developing and maintaining the Data Lake platform
powered by Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Storage, and Snowflake.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage data operations projects, demonstrating a strong experience
in managing end-to-end data analytics workflow.
• Lead the data engineering team in designing, building, and maintaining Data
Lake on Snowflake using ADF
• Utilize expertise in Azure Cloud technologies, including Azure Data Factory,
ADLS Gen 2.0, and Snowflake for e icient data integration.
• Implements data integration framework to move data from on-premises SQL
Server database to Azure SQL database.
• Execute ETL processes using Azure Data Factory, ensuring seamless and reliable
data integration between Azure SQL database and Snowflake.
• Implement data security measures and access controls to protect sensitive
information.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards.
• Automate data pipelines and integrate them seamlessly with the CI/CD workflow
using Azure DevOps.
• Implement version control and continuous integration practices for secure and
reliable data processing.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills in English, fostering collaboration
with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users.
• Document data pipelines and processes for knowledge sharing and
maintainability.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience (8+ years) in a similar role, showcasing strong expertise in
Data Operations and Integration Projects.
• Proven expertise in Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Storage, Snowflake.
• Strong expertise in data modeling, database design, ETL processes, and data
integration.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and CI/CD practices.
• Strong communication and team lead skills.
• Familiarity with Data Quality, Cataloging, and Governance principles.
Note: Candidate should go to Client office weekly once either in Chennai or Bangalore
