Instrumentation Engineer

Capable to execute Routin Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Preductuctive Maintenance and Insturment Project/Improvement related works of plant and Machinary. Shoud work on ongoing project capex activities.

Selection of instrument as per requirement.

Inventory Management for routing R & M work.

Engineering Drawing Development and Reviewing.

Taken care of material and resource management.

Review the activities and discussing priorities with cross functional team and plan to job timely.

Ensure project meets Internal and external expectations with respect to quality, Budget and timelines.

To issue and adhere to work permit system & execute the work with permit norms like height work, hotwork , cold work permit activities.

Perform the loop checking & continuity from the control room to junction box to field.

Installation,Testing and Comissioning of DCS, PLC, SCADA, FIre & Gas analyzer system, All FIeld instruments.

Preparation of BOM, Review BOQ and prepare PR.

To collabrate with contractor, vendor, contractor bill checking & certification.

Responsibe for preparation of as built drawing, Handover documents, Reports and checksheets.

Troubleshooting of Breakdowns.

Maintain MTTR,MTBF within targets in shifts.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong teamworking skills.

Maintaind DATA on SAP system.

Understanding and ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations, quality standards and TQM.
