Job Summary:
The Executive - Photographer/Videographer will oversee the creation and editing of high-quality photos and videos for the University's marketing efforts. This role involves shooting, producing, storing, and printing multimedia content for both digital and print platforms, covering a wide range of university activities and events.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Photography and Videography

• Capture high-resolution photos and videos for marketing campaigns, events, and university activities.
• Ensure content aligns with the university's brand and visual identity.

1. Editing and post-production

• Edit photos and videos to produce polished final products for various uses, including social media, print materials, and website content.

1. Content Management

• Prepare and manage multimedia content for both digital and print formats. Maintain organized files and archives of all media content, ensuring they are easily available and categorized monthly and by event names
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure timely delivery of media assets.
• Work with various internal and external department stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure content meets their needs.

Additional Information:

• Work Schedule: Full-time, with potential weekend work for various university activities and events

In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, you may be assigned other duties or projects as required, depending on your expertise and the evolving needs of the university. Such tasks will be within the scope of your role and may be directed to you at the discretion of the university.
