Sr Associate-Sales Trainer (Looking For Edutech background)

Position: Sr. Associate - Training (Study Abroad)

Overview:
This role reports to the Sr. Associate - Training (Study Abroad) and is responsible for training first-line supervisors and front-line employees to enhance individual and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct new-hire and ongoing training, ensuring consistency in performance across teams.
• Preferably experienced in overseas education training, with knowledge of France, USA, Germany, or Canada.
• Support sales targets through effective training programs.
• Evaluate and improve training effectiveness, maintaining accurate records.
• Assist managers in identifying and addressing training needs.
• Coordinate training activities with other departments to align with business goals.
• Monitor sales team performance, refine training methods, and report outcomes.
• Provide individualized coaching and develop learning resources (presentations, videos, handouts, etc.).
• Keep leadership informed of significant issues and recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in student counseling or staff training.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint presentations.
