Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to oversee our Client Success Managers (CSM) and delivery operation associates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects related to client upskilling and training requirements, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery of training programs for clients.
• Manage a team of Client Success Managers and delivery associates, providing guidance and support.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving issues to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with clients to understand their training needs and objectives.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting as necessary.
• Ensure alignment between client expectations and project outcomes.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. ● Conduct regular project reviews and reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field. ● 6+ years of project management experience, preferably in the EdTech sector.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing teams, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in managing client relationships and a track record of delivering projects that exceed client expectations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, project management tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of data analytics tools and technologies. (will be preferred).
